Directions for use: Put a small amount of the micellar water on a cotton pad and wipe your face. For eye makeup removal, place a cotton pad soaked with the micellar water on your eyelid and wait a moment to let it dissolve the makeup. Gently rub it off, using a top to bottom motion. Then, wash off with water.
