Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can conveniently just shop as a guest on our website.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by accessing your account. Under my profile, type your new password and confirm the new password inputted.

How do I redeem an existing Gift card?

You can redeem an existing gift card by inputting the CODE shared to you through email upon check out.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Yes, you can amend or cancel an order as long as the order is still not out for delivery. You can kindly reach out to us through our WhatsApp @ +97455333320 to further accommodate your wishes.

I am not sure what to buy, can you give me an advice?

ABSOLUTELY! Feel free to reach out to us through our WhatsApp where we can further assist you.

Can I get samples or try your products?

We normally don’t give out samples but if we have a sample size on stock we can definitely let you try before purchasing the actual product.

How can I buy a physical Gift card?

Right now, physical gift cards are not yet sold in our shop but you can send us an email and we will send you a code corresponding to the gift card you asked for.

I lost my gift card code

If you lost your gift card code, you can send us an email on cutsomercare@el-detox.com and we will gladly send you a new one.

Do gift cards expire?

Yes, gift cards do hold an expiration date normally.

Where can I find a record of my orders?

You can find the record of your orders by clicking “MY ACCOUNT”, next to your account details will be “MY ORDER”

In case of returns can I get a cash refund?

Yes, we can do refunds as long as the return goods are unopened and not damaged upon returning. (Please see our return and refund policy for more details)

Do I have to pay delivery charges for returns

Yes, we do require the customer to cover the delivery charges if they want to return their purchased products. (Please see our return and refund policy for more details)

My package is damaged. What can I do?

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please send us an email on Customercare@el-detox.com about the incident and we would be glad to assist you ( please see terms of service for more details)

Do You do Gift wrapping?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Normally refunds to your account if you paid by your debit card takes 3 working days, but it depends on your bank. Visa and Mastercard Refunds takes up to 20 days. Cash on delivery can be refunded within 3-5 working days.

Are all the products you sell natural?

Not all our products are 100% natural but we insure that all our brands are chemically reduced. We have added stickers in each product that identifies if the product is 100% natural, 100% organic, vegan, cruelty free etc.

I had an allergic reaction to a product, now what?

Please immediately consult your doctor if you experience an allergic reaction while using one of our products. If you have sensitive skin, or if you are allergic to certain ingredients, we recommend that you do a skin test first and read the labels.

I am having problems with my shopping cart?

If you are having problems with your shopping cart, please send us an email on customercare@el-detox.com , or text us on our WhatsApp or any of our social media accounts and we will be glad to assist you.

How much is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is 40 QAR regardless of your location within Qatar.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, anyone can sign for delivery on your behalf, given that he/she can provide an ID no. upon accepting the package.

Do you accept international shipping?

Yes, we accept international shipping.

Can I track my package internationally?

Yes. you can track your package if you select to ship internationally via ARAMEX website.
